Parcel service – includes the entire procedure related to reception and delivery of parcels, involving sender and recipient/addressee. This service includes ground delivery–within Kosovo and air delivery-outside Kosovo. Parcels may be ordinary and value declared, while they can be typical, normal or bulk, the weigh of which shall not exceed 20 kg.- Ordinary parcel
